About
The purpose of the Clendon Business Association is to ensure that Clendon is known as a vibrant, safe and enjoyable town centre that will attract, grow and retain business, driving employment and local economic development.
The Association is a not for profit Incorporated Society currently representing approximately 60 businesses in the Clendon area. It was formed with the support of the Manurewa Business Association Inc. the Manurewa Local Board and the Clendon Neighbourhood Policing Team. The Association provides a wide range of services for members including promotion of Clendon as an environment that is attractive to businesses and community alike. A key role of Clendon Business Association Inc. is the liaison and engagement with the Manurewa Local Board and other local authorities to bring about improvements and the continuous upgrade of the Clendon Town Centre.
A collective voice for the Clendon Business Community is the key benefit of joining the Association. Collaboratively we strive to continually build pride in our area and make Clendon a better place to live, work and be part of.
